About Mile Hi! Welcome
Mile Hi! Welcome has been part of the Longmont community since 1986. I'm proud to be the 3rd owner of this welcoming service; my name is Catherine Gates.
I was born in Lamar, Colorado and my family moved to Longmont when I was six.
My parent's home is near McIntosh Lake; because the high school boundary ran down the
middle of our road, I was allowed to choose my high school. I graduated with the first
class to attend 3 years at Niwot. It was very exciting to be part of a brand new school!
I met my husband in Wyoming, we married in 1982 and have two wonderful daughters. Mark drives to Denver daily and the girls attend Longmont High.
I believe we're all on this planet to care for one another. This business allows me to serve the merchants and the newcomer.
